1. Can I place an order directly on the website?

This website is primarily a product display and selection reference platform and does not currently support direct online ordering. Each order 

(whether in-stock or customized) requires pricing and process confirmation based on specific needs. 

Please contact us using the contact information on the page or the form. Our sales team will provide a detailed quote, production plan,

and pro forma invoice within 24 hours.

2. What is the shipping time for in-stock products?

For regular in-stock bags (backpacks, insulated bags/ice packs, women's bags), we can usually arrange shipment within **3-5 business days** 

after order confirmation and payment. In case of temporary stock shortages, we will notify you immediately and provide a restocking 

timeline or alternative solutions.

3. Do you support customization/OEM/ODM services?

Yes, we offer full-process customization from logo printing to completely original designs:

- Logo processes: silkscreen printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery, embossing, etc.

- Material/color/size adjustments; new product development.

Minimum order quantity for customization varies depending on the style, generally starting from 300-500 pieces. Simple logo custom

can be as low as 100-300 pieces. Inquiries are welcome.

4. What is the delivery time for customized products?

Custom delivery time is affected by complexity, materials, and quantity:

- Simple logo/color change: 7-15 days after sample confirmation.

- New mold design: 30-45 days (including sampling).

A clear production schedule will be provided when signing the contract. Expedited service can be arranged for urgent projects.

5. Which logistics methods do you support?

We support all major transportation channels, allowing you to choose flexibly based on your timeliness and budget:

- **Air freight**: 3-7 days, suitable for urgent replenishment.

- **Sea Freight**: Full Container Load (FCL)/Less than Container Load (LCL), the most economical choice for large shipments.

- **International Express**: DHL, FedEx, UPS, DDP service.

You can also specify your own freight forwarder; we will fully cooperate with you on booking, documentation, trucking, etc.

6. What payment methods are supported?

We offer safe and convenient payment solutions for domestic and international clients:

- **Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)**: 100% payment.

- **Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C at sight)**: Applicable to large orders.

- **PayPal / Credit Card**: Sample fees or small orders (confirmation required).

All payment terms are stated on the pro forma invoice. Long-term clients can negotiate more flexible payment terms.

7. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is flexibly adjusted according to product type:

- **In Stock (No Customization)**: No MOQ limit; single pieces can be purchased as samples.

- **Existing styles with logo**: MOQ 100-300 pieces/style.

- **Newly developed styles**: MOQ 500-1000 pieces. Minimum order quantity can be negotiated for startups with support.

We welcome your specific product requirements, and we will provide the best minimum order plan.

8. Can I get samples before bulk ordering?

Of course, we strongly recommend confirming samples first.

- **In-stock samples**: Shipped in 2-3 days; sample fee refundable after bulk order.

- **Custom pre-production samples**: Production in 7-15 days; sample fee charged according to actual cost, deducted after bulk order.

Samples can be sent quickly via express delivery for your evaluation of quality and details.

9. What types of bags do you mainly produce?

We have been deeply involved in the bag industry for over ten years. Our core products include:

- **Backpack series**: Student backpacks, business laptop bags, travel backpacks.

- **Insulated Bags/Ice Packs**: Fresh food delivery bags, outdoor cold storage bags, baby and maternity insulated bags.

- **Women's Bags Series**: Tote bags, handbags, shoulder bags, evening bags.

Supports various new processes such as environmentally friendly materials, recycled polyester, and vegan leather.

10. What quality certifications does the factory have?

Our factory is ISO 9001 quality management system certified**, and our materials comply with REACH and RoHS environmental standards. 

We implement incoming material inspection, in-production inspection, and pre-shipment video inspection or on-site inspection by our agents.

11. What if there are quality problems after receiving the goods?

We provide comprehensive after-sales service. If it is indeed a manufacturing defect, please provide picture/video evidence. Our after-sales team

will respond within 24 hours and provide solutions such as replacement, discount compensation, or deduction for the next order. 

We always handle customer complaints based on the principle of win-win cooperation.

12. Can I use my own freight forwarder or logistics account?

Absolutely. Simply provide your designated freight forwarder's contact information, and we will assist in preparing all export documents 

(commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.) and deliver the goods to the designated warehouse/port as required. 

We can also provide competitive logistics quotes to save you time and costs.
